If you enable new speakers in the speaker configuration menu after

Audyssey MultEQ ® XT, Audyssey Dynamic EQ

Changing the following settings:

Speaker size (Large or Small) / Distances / Levels / Crossovers settings
will not disable Audyssey ® or require running Audyssey
