Memory Backup
EEPROM (U21) connected to the Control Board PWB-I stores the setting/adjustment val-
ues set in the Tech. Rep. modes as well as the counter counts.
IMPORTANT
It should also be noted that the EEPROM (U21) should not be replaced at the same time
when the Control Board is replaced.
