CHECKING THE ENGINE BREATHER HOSE
1. Check:
• crankcase breather hose 1

CAUTION:
Make sure the engine breather hose is routed
correctly.
CHECKING THE EXHAUST SYSTEM
The following procedure applies to all of the exhaust

pipes, mufflers and gaskets.
1. Check:
• exhaust pipe 1
1
• muffler 2
• gasket 3
2. Check:
• tightening torque

17.5 N.m (1.7 kgf.m, 12.9 ft.lb)
Central mounting bolt
20 N.m (2.0 kgf.m, 14.7 ft.lb)

40 N.m (4.0 kgf.m, 29.5 ft.lb)
