To determine all of the Correct Files Have Been Installed Please do the Following:

1. Login to the CRE/RPE invoice screen.

2. Navigate to the folder:



C:\Program Files\CRE.NET - (32 bit OS)



C:\Program Files (x86)\CRE.NET - (64 bit OS)

3. Open the Pinpad.log file in notepad and then scroll to the bottom.

Note: You may need to right-click the Pinpad.log file and select Open With..., you will want to select

Notepad.

Note: To verify that the last entry in the log is current: Close the log file then open CRE/RPE. Verify

that the pinpad is correctly configured in the setup screen, login to the invoice screen, and perform

a test transaction. Then try opening the file again.



At the bottom of that file (last entry) you will be looking for the following line of code, we will

need to make sure that the highlighted text matches what is in your Pinpad.log file:
