3. Grasp the filter with a needle-nose pliers
and pull it about 1"/ 2.54 cm out of the
compartment.
4. Grasp the exposed portion of the filter with
your fingers and gently pull it completely
out of the filter compartment.
5. Use a mild detergent and water solution
to wash off any accumulated dust and
dirt and then rinse and dry thoroughly
before reinstalling.
NOTE
DO NOT turn the Anti-Griddle appliance on
its side to access the air filter.

Incomplete freezing of the
cooling surface.
Fan starts, but compressor
does not.
Food sticking to cooling
surface.
Food not freezing quickly.
Surface building "snow".
Cooling surface not cold
enough.

POSSIBLE CAUSES
Dirty air filter.
Excessive electrical resistance from
an extension cord.
Excessive electrical resistance from
an extension cord.
Cooling surface was not oiled before
use.
Recipe contains high concentration
of one or more of the following:
Sugar, alcohol, fat, or air.
The cooling surface lid was removed.
High ambient temperature in the
room / outdoors.
Refrigerant is low.
WHAT TO DO
Clean the air filter
Plug power cord directly into
wall outlet.
Plug power cord directly into
wall outlet.
Turn the unit off. Allow it to
return to room temperature.
Oil the cooling surface. Turn
the unit back on.
Adjust the recipe.
Extend freezing time.
Cover the cooling surface.
Move the unit to a cooler
ambient temperature.
Contact service.
