Griddle appliance read
this manual thoroughly
prior to working with the
unit.
• Do not place the Anti-
Griddle appliance near
the edge of a table,
counter or bench top
during operation. Ensure
that the surface is level,
clean and free
of water.
• To allow for adequate
ventilation, your Anti-
Griddle appliance should
be placed so that the front
and back of the unit are
a minimum of 4 inches
(10.2 cm) away from walls
and vertical surfaces.
• Do not place any part
of the Anti-Griddle
appliance in a gas, electric
or microwave oven or on a
hot gas or electric burner.
• Never operate the Anti-
Griddle appliance with a
damaged power cord.

• Always connect the power
cord on the Anti-Griddle
appliance to a grounded
(3-prong) power outlet.
Make certain that the
outlet is the same voltage
and frequency as your
unit.
• An UL power cord is
provided with the Anti-
Griddle appliance. It
should be attached to the
receptacle on the rear
of the enclosure. Make
sure that the power outlet
used for the Anti-Griddle
appliance is properly
grounded and matches
the voltage and frequency
of your unit.
• The use of an extension
cord is not recommended.
However, if one is
necessary, it must be
properly grounded and
capable of handling the
total wattage of the unit.
The extension cord must
not cause more than a
10% drop in voltage to the
Anti-Griddle appliance.
