Check that: The base station is
plugged into the phone socket.
Check that: The base station is
plugged into the mains power and
switched on.
Sometimes, your BT Freelance XA
3000 can interfere with other electrical
equipment if it is placed too close.
It is recommended that you place
your BT Freelance XA 3000 and other
Freelance/DECT GAP compatible
handsets at least one metre away from
such appliances to avoid any risk of
interference.
Check that: The power adaptor is
properly plugged into the charger.
Check that: Your handset has slotted
correctly into the charger.
Check that: The batteries are correctly
fitted into the handset.
Check that: The base is plugged in to a
working socket and that the socket
is switched on.
