First remove the cable clamp. Connect the 2
exposed wires into the first set of twin screw
connectors in your Ultimate 106 and tighten the
screws to secure the wire, in place.

Replace the cable clamp when finished.
PLEASE NOTE
If you are planning to site 2 extension sockets
side by side, you can use the blue wires for one
socket and the orange wires for the second socket.
Connect the telephone line cord

If you do not have modern phone sockets, call
Freefone 0800 800 150 and ask for a BT
engineer to come and fit the correct type. This
is a chargeable service.

Connect the power cable
Connect the 3-pin plug into the mains socket and
switch the power on. The POWER light comes on.
