(2) Conversion from GS1 DataBar/GS1-128 in GTIN format to EAN format
GS1 DataBar or GS1-128 data read in the GTIN format (16-digit with AI "01") can be converted to the EAN format if
the conversion is enabled. The conversion provides two choices--13- or 14-digit EAN formats. The former trims the
Application Identifier (AI) "01" and Package Indicator PI, and the latter, a PI only.
