Note:
Position the roller to the rear of the verticutter.

Installing the O-ring and
the Grease Fitting
Parts needed for this procedure:
1 O-ring
1 Grease fitting
Procedure
Install the grease fitting on the reel motor side of the
verticutter. Use the following diagram to determine the
position of each reel motor
1. Verticutter 1
2. Verticutter 2
3. Verticutter 3

1. Remove and discard the setscrew on the
reel-motor side plate

(install)
2. Install the straight grease fitting
3. For the verticutter 3 location
the end weight to the opposite side of the cutting
unit.
4. If there are no bolts on the reel-motor side plate,
install them
5. Install the O-ring on the reel motor
