If the flue has a larger cross-section it is

necessary to insert a steel pipe (with a diameter
based on the path) which is properly insulated

Ensure that the connection to the masonry flue is
properly sealed

Avoid contact with combustible material (wood
beams) and in any case ensure that they are
insulated with fireproof material
A) Vermiculite and / or rock wool.
B) Steel pipe.

The connection between the stove and the flue
must be short, in order to favour draught and to
avoid the build-up of condensation in the pipes.

Check the draught of the flue with a vacuometer
(minimum value quoted in the technical features
table).

INSTALLATION, COMMISSIONING
AND USE OF THE STOVE
It is recommended you install a device (C Fig. 5.5.2)
that adjusts the draught of the flue.
This shall not in any way hermetically obstruct the
internal section of the pipe. This shutter shall be
equipped with a suitable safety opening or other device
suitable to prevent the complete involuntary rotation of
the valve into the closed position.
The minimum surface of the safety opening shall be
3% of the passage section and no less than 20 cm
6.1
FIRST START-UP
Check that all movable parts are properly placed and
the air regulator and the smoke valve work correctly.
Clean all external surfaces with a dry cloth to remove
any dirt.
After lighting the stove, we suggest burning a low fire.
It is then necessary to keep the primary air adjustment
in a slightly open position for at least 4 hours.

Comprobar que el empalme con el cañón de
humo de obra esté oportunamente sellado.

Evitar el contacto con material combustible (vigas
de madera) y en cualquier caso aislarlo con
material ignífugo.

El empalme entre la estufa y el cañón de humo
debe ser corto, para favorecer el tiro y evitar la
formación de condensación en las tuberías.

INSTALACIÓN, PUESTA EN
FUNCIONAMIENTO Y USO DE LA
ESTUFA
Es oportuno instalar un dispositivo (C Fig. 5.5.2) de
regulación del tiro en el canal de humos.
Este no debe obstruir herméticamente la sección
interna del conducto. Esta compuerta debe poseer
una adecuada apertura de seguridad u otro

mecanismo adecuado para evitar la rotación
involuntaria de la válvula en posición cerrada.
La superficie mínima de la apertura de seguridad
debe ser equivalente al 3% de la sección de paso y
no inferior a 20 cm
6.1
PRIMERA PUESTA EN MARCHA
Controlar que todas las piezas móviles estén
colocadas debidamente y que el regulador de aire y
la válvula de humo funcionen correctamente.
Limpie con un paño seco todas las superficies
externas para quitar posibles impurezas.
Después de haber encendido la estufa, se
recomienda hacerla funcionar a fuego lento.
Para ello es necesario mantener la regulación de aire
primario en posición apenas abierta durante 4 horas
como mínimo.
