CALL FORWARDING - ALL CALLS
■The Call Forwarding - All Calls key must be programmed
by the Telephony
Programmable feature key or soft key.
■"FDA" is displayed as the soft key of Call Forwarding - All
Calls feature.
To Set
1.
Press the Speaker key. Receive a dial tone.
2.
If the setting for another station, press the
MULTILINE feature key.
3.
Press the Call Forwarding-All Calls key or dial
"Call Forwarding - All Calls" access code.
Receive a special dial tone.
4.
Dial the destination station or the external
telephone number. Receive a service set tone.
5.
The Call Forwarding - All Calls key's LED lights
(at your station or at the terminal of the multiline
station you are setting).
6.
Press the Speaker key. "Call Forwarding - All
Calls" is set.
To Verify
1.
Press the Call Forwarding - All Calls key.
2.
The display indicates the station number calls are
forwarded to.
With soft key operation, the FDA soft key lights on the
display.
To Cancel
1.
Press the Speaker key. Receive a dial tone. If
canceling for another
MULTILINE feature key.
2.
Press the Call Forwarding-All Calls key or dial
"Call Forwarding - All Calls" cancel code. Receive
a service set tone. LED goes out at your station
(or the multiline station).
3.
Press the Speaker key. Call Forwarding - All
Calls is canceled.
Server administrator on the
station, press the

■The Call Forwarding - Busy key must be programmed by
the Telephony Server administrator on the Programmable
feature key or soft key.
■"FDB" is displayed as the soft key of Call Forwarding -
Busy feature.
To Set
1.
Press the Speaker key. Receive a dial tone.
2.
If setting for
MULTILINE feature key.
3.
Press the Call Forwarding-Busy Line key or dial
"Call Forwarding - Busy Line" access code.
Receive a special dial tone.
4.
Dial the destination station or the external
telephone number. Receive a service set tone.
5.
The Call Forwarding - Busy Line key's LED lights
(at your station or at the terminal of the multiline
station you are setting).
6.
Press the Speaker key. Call Forwarding - Busy
Line is set.
