Besides the accessories supplied, please use
only suitable, heat-resistant baking and roasting
tins. Please follow the manufacturer's instruc-
tions carefully.
The following are supplied:
Baking tray
For cakes and biscuits
Gridiron:
For cookware, baking tins and food for roasting and
grilling
Drip pan
For moist cakes and roasts
or as a baking sheet or drip pan
Roasting thermometer
For cooking roasts.
Instructions for use can be found on page 17.
Additional trays and grids can be ordered from our
spare parts centre.

Shelf rack

These are numbered from 1 to 7, from bottom to top.
The illustration shows a drip pan on shelf 2 and a tray
on shelf 5.
Push in the trays or the grid on the support rails until
they reach the back of the oven.
The sloped side of the trays must be at the front of the
oven and the lateral bar of the grid must be at the
back.
The application charts give you recommendations on
which shelf to use. You should only bake or cook at
more than one level when you use a convection pro-
gram.
