Cleaning

1. Remove the power supply plug from the outlet.
2. Raise the needle and the presser foot.
3. Loosen the presser foot screw and the needle
clamp screw to remove the presser foot holder
and the needle. (See fig. A)
4. Slide the needle plate to the right to remove it.

5. Turn the balance wheel toward you until the notch
on the shuttle race aligns with the hook of the
