User menu settings

The following illustrates the user menu settings in hierarchical order. The TEL
REGISTRATION, USER SETTINGS, REPORT SETTINGS, TX SETTINGS, RX
SETTINGS, FAX PRINTER, and SYSTEM SETTINGS menus comprise the items
shown on the following pages.
Take a few minutes to familiarise yourself with the user menu settings.
FUNCTION
SELECT MENU
Whenever you make a change to a setting, press [START/COPY] and confirm that
DATA ENTRY OK displays on the LCD. Unless this message displays, the setting
has not been changed.
When you return to the previous level, press [FUNCTION].

To select the desired menu, complete the
procedure as shown in the shaded area.
Press [FUNCTION]. SELECT MENU is
displayed for approximately 1 second
followed by the TEL REGISTRATION
menu. Use the arrow buttons to scroll
through the menus.
FUNCTION
Press to display the SELECT MENU.
Press to go to the next menu.
Press to go to the previous menu.
START/COPY
Press when you wish to make a
change to a setting.
Press to exit from the user menu
