FIND YOUR MOBILE HOTSPOT SIM NUMBER
1. Remove the back cover by pressing it down and in the direction of
the arrow.
2. Remove the battery. Locate the SIM slot inside the battery compartment.
3. Remove the SIM card by sliding it out. On the SIM card you will see a set
of numbers beginning with 89. This is your SIM Number.
4. To insert the SIM card, position it with the gold contacts facing down
and the cut-away corner matching the shape of the slot. Slide it in.
5. Replace the battery and the back cover.
You can also find your SIM Number on your device's display:
1. Select Device Info, and then press ENTER.
2. Using the RIGHT navigation key, go to SIM Number. The Number on
your screen is your SIM Number.

FIND YOUR MOBILE HOTSPOT
PHONE NUMBER
Once your device has been activated, you can display your phone
number on your Hotspot screen by following these steps:
1. Using the navigation keys, go to Device Info.
2. Press the ENTER key.
3. Using the RIGHT navigation key, go to My Phone Number. On the
screen, you will see your Mobile Hotspot device phone number. Please
write down this phone number as you will need it for future transactions.

SECURITY SETTINGS

Set your Security options
By default, your Mobile Hotspot allows others to connect to your network.
To password protect your device:
1. Make sure that your computer or other device is connected to the
Hotspot' s Wi-Fi®.
2. Access the Hotspot device website from your computer or other device
by entering http://192.168.0.1 in the URL field. If you are on a mobile
device, enter http://mobile.hotspot in the URL field, and select the
option PC View. Your Hotspot must remain ON during this process.
3. Enter the following information:
• P assword: 12$ and the last three digits of your Hotspot Serial
Number. Do not leave any spaces between characters.
4. Go to the Settings tab.
5. Select Wi-Fi Settings.
6. Select one of the Security Mode options and enter a password.
7. Select Apply.
Forgot your security password?
If you forget the password to access your Mobile Hotspot, you will need
to perform a Factory Data Reset of your device. A Factory Data Reset
erases all settings and configurations and returns the Hotspot to its
factory default settings.
To limit access to your device, you will also need to re-configure your
Security Settings.
