[Address Books] Shows the available address books.

Edit Address Book Tab

Allows you to edit the Address Book. For details, see "Edit Address Book Tab," on
p. 4-31.
Displays a list of the recipients registered with the selected
address book.
Searches the destination by the recipient name.
Displays information about the selected recipient.
Adds the recipient names and fax numbers you entered in
[Recipient List].
Shows the list of the recipient names and fax numbers of the
destinations you are going to send a fax.
Displays the number of people the fax will be sent to.
Deletes destination(s) from the [Recipient List]. Select the
destination(s) you want to delete from the list and click [Remove
from List].
