GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF APPLIANCE
The bratt pan, referred to from now on as the appli-
ance, is designed and constructed for preparing
and cooking foods in the professional catering sec-
tor.

B)Cooking well: in stainless steel.

C)Heating element control knob: for setting the heat-
ing power.

D)Control knob: turns the appliance's electricity sup-
ply on and off and sets the heating temperature.

E)Thermostat light: indicates that the safety thermo-
stat has tripped
F) Mains light: indicates that the appliance is receiving

electrical power.
G)Temperature light: indicates that heating of the well

is in progress.
H)Well filling switch: for filling the cooking well with
water.
L) Adjustable water spout: directs the flow of water
M) Button: used to raise the well so that it can be emp-
tied.
N) Button: used to lower the well into the working po-
sition.
