Troubleshooting

Possible faults
Low battery voltage.
Overload.
Temperature deviation.
The power trigger and the acti-
vate button are pressed at the
same time.
Dirt in the battery connectors.
The product needs servicing.
Possible faults
Low battery voltage.
Temperature deviation.
Over voltage.
Cell difference is to much (1V).
Possible faults
Temperature deviation.
Overvoltage.
Possible action
Charge the battery.
The cutting attachment is jammed. deacti-
vate the product. Remove the battery. Clean
the cutting attachment from unwanted mate-
rials.
Let the product cool down.
Release the power trigger and the product is
active.
Clean the battery connectors with com-
pressed air or a soft brush.
Contact your servicing agent.
Possible action
Charge the battery.
Use the battery in surroundings where tem-
peratures are between -10°C (14°F) and
40°C (104°F).
Check that the mains voltage corresponds
with that stated on the rating plate on the
product.
Remove the battery from the battery charger.
Contact your servicing agent.
Possible action
Use the battery charger in temperatures between 5°C
(14°F) and 40°C (104°F).
Make sure that the mains voltage is the same as the
shown voltage value on the rating plate on the product.
Remove the battery from the battery charger.
