Before you operate the product
• Inspect the work area. Remove loose objects.
• Check the cutting attachment, see
cutter blade on page 12 .
• Make sure that the product with its safety features is
in perfect working order. Make sure all nuts and
screws are tight. Do not use a product that lacks a
part or that has been modified outside its
specifications.
• Make sure all covers is attached correctly and not
damaged before you start the product.
To connect the battery to the
product
WARNING: Only use Redmax original
BLi200ZR battery in the product.
1. Slide the battery into the battery holder of the
product. The battery must slide easily, if not, it is not
installed correctly. The battery will lock into position
when you hear a click.
2. Make sure that the battery is installed correctly.
To start the product
1. Push and hold the start/stop button until the green
LED comes on.

The product has a battery saving function, SavE.

stop indication will go out and the product shuts down
after 45 seconds.
