Lens and Camera
When handling the lens, make sure it is secured firmly to prevent it
z
dropping. If the lens is dropped, it may be damaged.
Do not leave the camera unattended for long periods of time without
z
the lens mounted. Doing so may cause dirt or foreign matter to collect
on it causing black shadows to appear in images. If the product is to
be kept without the camera and lens mounted, you should attach the
caps supplied with them.
Cleaning
If foreign matter has collected on the camera or lens, remove it with
z
a cotton swab or blower brush. Do not remove with metal tools like
tweezers. Using them may result in scratches.
Foreign matter collected on the ends of the fiber cable must be remo-
z
ved with a cotton swap or soft cloth.
