1. Park machine on a level surface, lower cutting units, stop engine, engage
parking brake, and remove key from the key switch.
2. Remove the control panel cover from the machine.
When removing the adjustable clevis from either the brake pivot
shaft or adjustment rod or the brake lever from the cam shaft on the
brake assembly, make sure to match mark both parts. Marking both
parts will make reassembly and brake adjustment easier.
3. Remove the parts as necessary to repair brake linkages using
