On the list of new calls (i.e. unanswered,
unreviewed calls), you can enable or
disable the "check for repeated calls" option
(see Other configurations on page 10).
When the repeated call indicator REP is
enabled and there are repeated calls that
have not been answered (i.e. they are listed
as NEW), the telephone will store only the
last call for each repeated number.
When the check for repeated calls is
disabled, all calls (including repeated calls)
will be stored in the list of received calls.

Erasing received calls

To erase a call from the list of received
calls, proceed as follows:
Use the ARROW keys to select the
register to be erased
Press the DEL/EXIT key
Press the key
To erase all calls from the list of received
calls, proceed as described in Other
configurations on page 10, code number
52 under PREFERENCE option.
Retrieving information about outgoing
calls
To consult the list of outgoing calls,
proceed as follows:
Press the MENU key
Use the DIAL/SELECT key to select
the OUTGOING CALLS option
Use the ARROW keys to select the Y
option
Press the DIAL/SELECT key
Use the DIAL/SELECT key to scroll
through the list
to confirm

Erasing outgoing calls

To erase a call from the list of outgoing
calls, proceed as follows:
Press the MENU key
Use the DIAL/SELECT key to select
the OUTGOING CALLS option
Use the ARROW keys to select the Y
option
Press the DIAL/SELECT key
Use the ARROW keys to select the
register to be erased
Press the DEL/EXIT key
Press the key
To erase all calls from the list of outgoing
calls, proceed as described in Other
configurations on page 10, code number
51 under PREFERENCE option.
