Use the following troubleshooting information to resolve possible problems with the SC-75 Salt Chlorinator Power Center.
Note: Switch power off to unit before to attempting service or repair. Always remove AC power to Power Center when plugging
or unplugging the SC-75 cell into the Power Center.
Problem
SC-75 Cell leds are not on.
System Specifications - 230 VAC
Circuit Protection: Two pole 20AMP devise at the electrical panel.
Model SC-75P (Power Centre)
Input: 50Hz, 220-240 VAC, 220W, 1 Amp.
Water flow: 6m³/h (25GPM) - Max flow: 24m³/h (105GPM) - Max Pressure: 5Bar (75PSI)
SC-75 AC Wiring Instructions :
- When using the SC-75 Salt Chlorinator and an IntelliFlo pump (or variable speed pump) with a Pentair IntelliPool Automation
System, please read the IntelliPool installation manual - Section 'Desinfectant Connection - Alternative Salt Chlorinator.
- When using the SC-75 Salt Chlorinator with the 'Pentair ControlPro Filtration Manager' and a Variable Speed pump, please
read the 'Pentair ControPro Filtration Manager' installation manual.
Possible Cause
Fuse in Power Center is open/broken.
No AC power to Power Center.
Transformer leads not wired correctly in
Power Center.
Limited Warranty : 2 years

Corrective Action
Replace 8AMP fuse, located at bottom of
Power Center.
Verify time clock is providing 220VAC to Power
Center when active.
Verify transformer leads wired to AC source by
referring to wiring diagram decal on inside of
Power Center cover.
Output: 28 VAC @ 5.2 Amp Max.
