In this way, the ATP-2000 automatically joins the GV Orbit system and is seen by all GV Orbit
Clients and appears as a device in a GV Orbit Client's Network window.

Accessing the ATP-2000 Control Screen

From GV Orbit Client

When DHCP is enabled on the ATP-2000 panel (default) and when the network that the GV
Orbit system uses has multicast enabled, then an ATP-2000 panel can be discovered and
appear in the Network window of the GV Orbit Client. If the panel has not yet been set up,
then it appears in the 'unassigned devices' section of the Network window.
In this case, to view the control screen (web page):
1 Right-click on the ATP-2000 item in the Network window and select 'Control' .

From a Web Browser

To initially display the device's control screen (web page) without a GV Orbit system:
1 Note down the IP address of the unit, shown on its splash screen at start up (see
Figure 3-1
