SAFETY WARNINGS

The hydraulic pump is for use with crimping, cutting,
stamping heads. The product is not equipped with an
oil, non-return safety system.
The use in applications different from those intended
(for example with hydraulic jacks, lifting systems or
similar) can be dangerous and may lead to severe
injuries to the operator.
The manufacturer does not accept any liability arising
from the use of its hydraulic pumps for applications
different from crimping, cutting, and stamping.
Do not build up pressure if the pump is not connected
to the flexible hose and the head because this may
damage the pump quick coupler, precipitating oil
seepage.
High pressure flexible hoses are subject to a natural
ageing process, which can result in a reduction in
performance potentially affecting the safety of the
operator. To ensure the safe use of the product,
replace the hose within XX years from the date printed
on the fittings.
Keep the pump and flexible hose away from naked
flames and sources of heat above 70°C.
Before using the pump, always check the integrity of
the flexible hose and the quick couplers, making sure
that there are no abrasions, cuts, deformations or
swellings.
The factory fitted guards must be in place at each end
of the flexible hose. Do not touch the flexible hose
when under pressure.
When using the pump, the flexible hose must be
uncoiled and laid out straight. Before disconnecting
the flexible hose, check that the ram of the head is
completely retracted, and ensure a sufficient quantity
of oil for subsequent operations.
The pump is unsuitable for continuous use and
should be allowed to cool down after uninterrupted,
successive crimping operations. Wait for a few
minutes before replacing the battery pack after having
exhausted a fully charged battery pack in one session.
Protect the pump, battery, and charger from rain and
moisture. Water damages the pump. Electrohydraulic
tools should not be operated in pouring rain.
The operator must be instructed on the specific
dangers associated with using the product and in the
essential safety measures before working with it for
the first time, and at least once a year thereafter.
Use protective equipment. Always wear goggles when
using the product. Use protective clothing, such as
dust mask, protective gloves, sturdy, non-slip footwear,
helmet, and ear defenders.
Inspect pump, hoses, couplers, and fittings for
wear or damage. Replace worn, damaged, or
missing components with the manufacturer's
