Attempt to mount more than one
accessory may cause personal injury or
damage to the tool.
The Lock bolt which attaches the
cutting wheel to the tool should be
turned CLOCKWISE to be loosened and
COUNTERCLOCKWISE to be tightened .
This bolt is reverse threaded compared
to standard threaded fasteners.
The Dremel Ultra-Saw features two
cutting wheel positions - one position
using a standard flat wheel for all your
typical straight and plunge cuts, and a
second optional wheel position for
making flush cuts along flooring or
against a wall.

Assembly

Cutting Wheel Assembly
1.
Turn lock bolt 5 with wrench 19
provided clockwise and remove lock
bolt and outer washer 4. If the shaft
moves while attempting to loosen the
lock bolt press the spindle lock 7.

Standard Flat Wheel Assembly: Slide
flat wheel 3 behind the guard face 17
and mount it against the inner washer
18 on the shaft 20 (Fig. 3).
Flush Cutting Wheel Assembly:
Place flush cutting wheel 3a against
the inner washer 18 on the spindle
shaft 20 (Fig. 3).

Reinstall outer washer 4 and tighten
lock bolt 5 finger tight.
4.
Press spindle lock 7 to lock shaft and
tighten
CLOCKWISE until tight with the
wrench provided.
