3.11 SVUOTAMENTO DELL'APPARECCHIO
Posizionare l'interruttore genarale dell'impianto su "spento"
LATO ACCUMULO TECNICO SANITARIO
Chiudere le valvole poste sull'ingresso acqua fredda sanitaria e
sull'uscita acqua calda sanitaria.
Verifi care che il rubinetto di carico accumulo tecnico sanitario
sia chiuso.
Aprire il rubinetto di scarico acqua posto in basso a sinistra
dell'accumulo tecnico sanitario.
Verifi care che lo sfi ato posto sulla sommità dell'accumulo sia
aperto per facilitare l'operazione.
LATO SERPENTINO ISTANTANEO SANITARIO
Chiudere le valvole poste sull'ingresso acqua fredda sanitaria e
sull'uscita acqua calda sanitaria.
Aprire lo scarico (attacco ¼ SAE) posto in basso a destra sul
tubo di ingresso acqua fredda sanitaria.
LATO IMPIANTO (DIRETTO o MISCELATO)
Chiudere le valvole poste sulla mandata e ritorno impianto e
mandata e ritorno miscelato (se presente).
Aprire lo scarico (attacco ¼ SAE) posto sul tubo di mandata
impianto (sotto la pompa impianto)
Attenzione: Se l'impianto è addizionato con liquido antigelo ,
quest'ultimo non va scaricato liberamente.
3.12 MANUTENZIONE
La manutenzione periodica è indispensabile per mantenere
la pompa di calore sempre effi ciente, sicura ed affi dabile nel
tempo.
Essa può essere effettuata con periodicità semestrale, per
alcuni interventi e annuale per altri, dal Servizio Tecnico di As-
sistenza, che è tecnicamente abilitato e preparato e può inoltre
disporre, se necessario, di ricambi originali.
Il piano di manutenzione che il Servizio Tecnico di Assistenza o
il Frigorista deve osservare, con periodicità annuale, prevede le
seguenti operazioni e controlli:
•
Verifi ca pressione dei vasi di espansione.
•
Verifi care che la pressione dell'idrometro sia tra 1 e 2 bar.
•
Riempimento circuito acqua.
•
Presenza aria nel circuito acqua.
•
Effi cienza sicurezze.
•
Tensione elettrica di alimentazione.
•
Assorbimento elettrico.
•
Serraggio connessioni elettriche.
•
Verifi ca dello sporcamento dei fi ltri a Y con rete metallica
3.11 EMPTYING THE MACHINE
Place the genarale switch switch on "off "
SIDE TANK TECHNICAL HEALTH
Close the valves on the input domestic cold water and hot
water output.
Make sure the installation fi ll medical technician accumulation
is closed.
Open the drain tap water placed on the bottom left the sanitary
technician.
Check that the vent on the top of the accumulation is opened
for easier operation.
SIDE COIL INSTANT HEALTH
Close the valves on the input domestic cold water and hot
water output.
Open the exhaust port (¼ SAE) located at the bottom right of
the domestic cold water inlet pipe.
SYSTEM SIDE (DIRECT OR MIXED)
Close the valves on the system delivery and return, and mixed
fl ow and return (if any).
Open the exhaust port (¼ SAE) on the system delivery pipe
(under the pump plant)
Warning: If the circuit contains antifreeze, it should not be freely
downloaded.
3.12 MAINTENANCE
The periodic maintenance is essential for maintaining the
effi cient heat pump, safe and reliable in time.
It can be done every six months, for some interventions and
annually for others, by the Technical Assistance Service, which
is technically qualifi ed and prepared and can also have, if
necessary, with original spare parts.
The maintenance plan that the After Sales Service or Frigorista
should be observed annually, provides the following operations
and checks:
•
Check pressure of the expansion vessels.
•
Check that the hydrometer pressure is between 1 and 2
bars.
•
Filling of the water circuit.
•
Air in water circuit.
•
Effi ciency of safety.
•
Supply voltage.
•
Power consumption.
•
Tightness of electrical connections.
•
Checking fouling of Y fi lters with wire mesh
