5-1-1. Required Equipment

To use the service mode of this unit, the following equipment are required.
. Personal computer (PC): OS: Windows 7/Vista/XP
. Printer driver
. Service tool (Service tool for UP-CX2)

. USB cable

5-1-2. Installing the Driver

You may be requested to install a printer driver when this unit is connected with a personal computer (PC)
using a USB cable.
In this case, install a driver from CD-ROM to PC. When you have already installed a printer driver, start
the driver and advance installation according to the procedure. For details, refer to the install guide and
setting guide of the printer driver in the CD-ROM.
