• Do not place the appliance in such a way that the air coming out
of it goes directly to animals or plants. Injury to them can result.
• This appliance is for home use only.
• Do not drink the water that is collected in the water tank, this
water is not potable. Securely drain the water from the water tank
outside or into the central sewer.
• Do not operate the appliance if the fi lters are not properly installed.
Operation without proper mounting of the fi lters can damage the
device.
• Clean the fi lters every two weeks. The pre-fi lter can be cleaned
with lukewarm water and a mild detergent if needed. Dry it very
well in a shady place before replacing it. Healthy fi lters should not
be cleaned with water. You can carefully shake them outdoors or
vacuum clean them.
• Do not immerse or place the appliance near water or other liquid
(eg bathtubs, swimming pools, etc.).
• Never put your fi ngers or other objects in the grilles of the
appliance.
• Do not sit on the device. Do not place objects on the device.
• Do not place towels or clothes on the dryer to dry.
• Do not operate the dehumidifi er indoors such as in a closet as
this may cause fi re.
• Install the drain hose in the downstream drainage to ensure
proper continuous water drainage.
• Do not use cable extensions or canes.
• Avoid direct sunlight.
• The appliance must be installed in accordance with applicable
domestic law.
