Answer: THE NETTING IS DESIGNED TO FIT SNUGLY AROUND THE TRAMPOLINE FRAME, AND AS
SUCH YOU WILL NEED TO EXERT REASONABLE FORCE TO SECURE IT TO THE UNDERSIDE OF THE
TOP RAIL. DO NOT PULL THE NETTING FROM THE FABRIC ITSELF, OR FROM THE ELASTIC BANDS.
ALWAYS STRETCH THE MATERIAL FROM THE SEWN SEAMS.
Question: "I need to order a new net" or "I need to order a replacement poles or
other replacement parts, who do I contact?"
