3. How to set the environments for connecting OPC
<11>"Windows Firewall with Advanced Security" is
shown.
Select "Inbound Rules" and mouse-right-click on
it.
Click "New Rule..." on the popup menu.
<12>"New Inbound Rule Wizard" is appeared.
Select "Port" and click <Next>.
<13> Set the following port in "Protocol and Port".
Check "TCP"

Click <Next>.
