Procedure in the pump manual when you stop
dispensing and before cleaning, checking, or
servicing the equipment.
Problem

display is dim/unresponsive.
The pump is not running during
Pump ON.
The reservoir quickly and
unexpectedly runs out of grease.
24
Cause
Incorrect or loose wiring
Input voltage is out of range
Tripped external fuse
Incorrect or loose wiring
Controller output is incorrect
Air solenoid failure
TEST MODE is engaged
Solution
Refer to the Installing the
Lubrication Controller, page 6.
Confirm that the power source is
between 9 and 30 VDC.
Confirm that none of the devices or
wiring connected to the controller
are causing a short circuit
connection.
Replace fuse.
Confirm that current is being
delivered to the pump during pump
ON. Refer to Installing the
Lubrication Controller, page 6.
Verify that the system is wired
correctly.
Confirm the output voltage (PUMP+)
from the controller during pump ON
is correct (should be similar to input
voltage).
NOTE: Measure voltage at the
controller to make sure it is not a
wiring issue causing the problem.
If the controller output voltage is
never present, the device may need
to be replaced.
Replace the air solenoid.
Turn off TEST MODE.
