The Thermocline

1. If the thermocline is a factor and at a
depth that you are comfortable fishing,
go looking for standing timber where
the tips stick through the thermocline.
2. Even if the actual water depth is 2 - 3
times what you would normally fish,
just look for bigger trees.
Tip: Start looking in areas where very steep banks or cliff faces are nearby.
