Step 5
To join the upper bed to the bottom bed insert a Steel Pin (H) into the top four corner posts of the
bottom bed, carefully lift upper bed structure and gently lower onto the Steel Pin (H) as shown in
the diagram below.
Please Note: The grooved lines indicate the point in which the mattress shoud not exceed. The maximum
height of the mattress for this bunk is 19cm. Recommended size is: L: 190cm x W: 90cm x H: 19cm (max).
Step 6
Attach Ladder Horizontal (7) to the Ladder Long (5) using bolt M6 x 40mm (E) and tighten
using Allen Key M4 (A). Repeat this step to attach the Ladder Short (6) to the Ladder Horizontal (7).
Please Note: The ladders
can be placed either side
of the bunk, choose which
side you want the ladders
before attaching the Side
Rail.
