Necessary Tools
Please check the pack contents before attempting to assemble this product. A full
checklist of components is given in this leaflet. If any components are missing,
please contact the John Lewis helpline.
This product is HEAVY, it should be assembled as near to the point of use as
possible. TAKE CARE WHEN LIFTING to avoid personal injury (or) damage to the
product.
This product takes approximately 60 MINUITES to assemble with 2 PEOPLE.
The fittings pack contains SMALL ITEMS which should be KEPT AWAY FROM
YOUNG CHILDREN.

- Page 4 Step 1 Insert Barrel Nut (B) into the Side Rail Bottom Front (10) and Side Rail Bottom Back (11). Attach the Headboard Bottom (2) using Bolt M6 x 100mm (D) and tighten using Allen Key M4 (A). Repeat this process at each end of the bed as shown in the diagram below. Please Note: One of the bottom Side Rails (10) and one of the Top Side Rails (8) have additional pre-drilled holes for the Ladder to bed attached meaning the Ladders can be placed on either end of the bed so you need to decide the positioning before starting to assemble the bed.
- Page 5 Step 3 Insert Barrel Nut (B) into the Side Rail Top Front (8) and Side Top Back (9). Attach To the 2 Headboard Top (1) using Bolt M6 x 100mm (D) and tighten using a Phillips Head Screwdriver as shown in the diagram below.
- Page 6 Step 5 To join the upper bed to the bottom bed insert a Steel Pin (H) into the top four corner posts of the bottom bed, carefully lift upper bed structure and gently lower onto the Steel Pin (H) as shown in the diagram below.
- Page 7 Step 7 Step 8 Insert Dowel M8 x 30mm (G) into the bottom of Secure the Long Guard Rail (4) using bolt M6 the Short Guard Rail (3) and Long Guard Rail (4). x 100mm (D) to both Headboard Tops (1) and Then attach the Rails (3) and (4) to Side Rail Top tighten using Allen Key M4 (A).
