( ) Rotate the Band switch shaft to be sure that
it clears
relay AG. If it does not, loosen
the hardware
securing
relay AG and re-
position AG.

( ) Install #6
x
3/8" sheet metal screws through
the switch support into the switch and driver
shields.
( ) Retighten the control nut and switch mount-
ing nuts that secure the Band switch to the
chassis.
( ) Make sure
the rotors
and stators
of
the
Band switch
stay
in
position, with respect to
each other; then install
6-32
x
1/4"
screws
through the switch support into the mounting
feet of the Band switch.
( ) Loosen the control nut and the mounting nuts
that secure the Band switch to the chassis.
( ) Install the switch support on the chassis,
being careful not to pinch any wires between
the support and the chassis. Use 4-40
x
1/2"
hardware,
the small spring clip, and #6
x
3/8" sheet metal screws. Be sure the rubber
grommet fits into the cutout in the support.

rubber grommet and place the grommet over
the cable assembly as shown.
( ) Position the orange and white-orange wires.
