HINT: Search also allows you to perform searches on the
Internet.
Click All files and folders.
Type
in the text box labeled: In all or part of the file
char
name.
The operating system displays a list of all the files with
"char" in their names.
Select the Character Map file with the secondary
button, then drag and drop it on the desktop.
In the shortcut menu, click Create Shortcut(s) Here.
A shortcut to the Character Map appears on your desktop.
Shortcut icons can be recognized by an arrow in the lower-left
corner. Deleting or changing the shortcut icons will not affect
the program to which they refer.
