Software version 02.10.12 corrects a Caller ID problem in prior software versions in which a Super
Display Telephone would not properly display the Caller ID data for a call picked up from Hold. In
prior versions when a Super Display Telephone user retrieved the call from Hold, the Caller ID
information would display quickly and then go away. The first line of the display would then show
the Time and Date, and the second line of the display would be blank.
A Caller ID Logging user editing error that occurred in software version 02.10.09 which caused the
display to jump to the end of the log list after deleting a record has been corrected.
A potential trunk lockup problem is corrected. The lockup could occur if a user accessed a line
group for an outgoing call and then pressed a busy line key for a trunk to which they didn't have
access (in 1803-Extension Line Access Assignments).
If an extension user sets up a Handsfree Conference with 2 trunks and presses HOLD to place the
Conference on Hold, any subsequent HOLD depressions will return the extension to idle.
The system will process simultaneous loop disconnect messages from the telco. This can occur if
multiple outside parties in Conference hang up at the same time. In software versions prior to
02.10.12, simultaneous commands might not be processed.
In software version 02.10.12, using Vol Up and Vol Down to scroll through Directory Dialing
entries and while using Dial Number Preview will not change Volume Control Settings.
In software version 02.10.12, you can set up an empty UCD Group (i.e., a group with no members)
as a dummy extension. If an extension has a Call Coverage key for the empty group's master num-
ber, the key will ring whenever the master number is called. In software version 02.10.09, the Call
Coverage key would not activate for a UCD Group with no members, and the dummy extension
would not work.
