5.4.1 Home page
This menu takes you to our website. If you need assistance or have any
questions, do not hesitate to contact us via the home page.
5.4.2 Licences
The licences for the programs and features used can be downloaded here as a
ZIP package.
5.4.3 Version
This displays the software version currently installed on the TC 649 E.

Log out

To log out of the user interface, click on the Log out button in the top right-
hand corner of the screen. You will then be redirected to the login page.

Password forgotten

If you have forgotten your password, click on Forgotten password? on the login
page. This will redirect you to the page where you can reset your password.
To reset your password, proceed as follows:
 Enter your device's serial number in the serial number field.
 Contact Theben Support at +49 7474 692-369.
 Enter the Theben code you are given in the Theben code field.
 Then click on Reset password.
→ Once your password has been reset, you will be redirected to the login
page.
