Run Circuit Operation

The run circuit has a safety feature that turns the engine
off under the following operating conditions:
• The key switch is in the OFF position.
• The left motion control lever, the right motion control
lever, or both motion control levers are moved from
the neutral position, and the seat switch is released.
• The power take-off (PTO) switch is engaged and the
seat switch is released.

When the key switch is in the OFF position, signal is sent
to the engine connector terminal 2 (white wire).
When the key switch is in the RUN position, the motion
control levers are engaged, the seat switch is released,
and signal is sent to the motion control lever relay
terminal 30 (blue wire). The relay sends signal to the
engine connector terminal 2 (white wire).
When the key switch is in the RUN position, the PTO
switch is engaged, the seat switch is released, and signal
is sent from the seat switch to the PTO switch terminal 9
(green wire). The PTO switch sends signal to the engine
connector terminal 2 (white wire).
