Reagent Pumps are disabled:
• Immediately after power-on for a period of time defined in pH/ORP Setup.
• When pH pump is manually controlled (the ORP control is in wait mode).
• If one or more high/low alarms and/or process errors are active.
• Pump operation has exceeded time set in the Overdose safety timer selection
• Entering Setup
The controller password protects against unauthorized configuration changes and log data eraser. When implemented, many
functions cannot be modified. As a security feature the following operations can be pass-code protected.
• Change the controller settings
• pH buffer and process calibration
• ORP calibration
• Log data export or erase operations
The protected feature is marked by lock icon displayed on button or on screen titles where the protected feature is included.
To activate the password select the Controller password item from General Menu screen
(MENU  General) and press Enable button.
• The password consist in 5 numeric digits that are changed one by one.
• Change the digit value by pressing the qp keys. To move to the next digit press -- > button.
• When all digits are entered press CFM key. The activation of a new desired password requires a confirmation.
To disable the password select the Controller password item from General Menu screen
(MENU  General) and press Disable button.
Insert the current password and press CFM. If the password is correct the Disable button is available.
In case the password is wrong the following screen is displayed:
Five trials are allowed, after that the controller will ask for Master Password.
The Master Password is obtained from HANNA Service. HANNA Service will request the user code displayed on the controller
screen.
