6. Use screwdriver to carefully detach spring clip from the pilot
hood.

7. Remove the pilot hood and use the 5/32" allen key to remove the
natural gas pilot orifice, and replace with propane pilot orifice.

8. Reassemble pilot assembly and hood.

10. If necessary, pilot flame size can be adjusted using a flathead
screwdriver to adjust "pilADJ" screw shown

11. The manifold and inlet pressure can be verified by using a
manometer and a 1/8" rubber hose attached to the valve
ports shown here (top is manifold, bottom is inlet) Use a
soap-based leak testing solution on the valve regulator while
the unit is operating to check for any leaks

12. Fill out required information on Propane conversion gas fitter
sign off label, attach to reverse side of rating plate. Attach
Rating plate conversion label to rating plate label. Place Valve
conversion label on valve face.
