O SET UP
1. On the DocuColor Control Panel, access Setup.
2. In Printer Setup, set "Publish Print Queue" to Yes.
3. Exit Printer Setup, and select Yes at the Save Changes screen.

51 Setting up the WebTools

The WebTools allow you to manage the DocuColor remotely from the Internet or
from your company's intranet. The DocuColor has its own home page, from which
you can select from a variety of functions including Status, WebSpooler, WebLink, and
Installer.
For more information on managing the DocuColor with the WebTools, see the User
Guide.
Setting up the WebTools
In order for network users to access and use the WebTools, you need to set options in
Network Setup and Printer Setup on the DocuColor Control Panel. You also need to
prepare each user's workstation to communicate with the DocuColor over the Internet
or intranet.
With the exception of a Java-enabled browser as described in this section, you
