Insert the vacuum hose.
Batteries
Please observe the following warning notes
when handling batteries:
Observe the directions on the bat-
tery, in the instructions for use
and in the vehicle operating in-
structions
Wear eye protection
Keep children away from acid and
batteries
Danger of explosion
Fire, sparks, naked flames and
smoking must be strictly avoided

Dispose of properly

Danger of explosion. Do not put tools or
other objects on the battery, i.e. on the termi-
nal poles and cell connectors.
Risk of injury. Ensure that wounds never
come into contact with lead. Always clean
your hands after having worked with batte-
ries.
Insert batteries and connect
Turn the program switch to "OFF"; Turn
the key switch to "0".
Loosen the tank fastening screw and tilt
the tank upward.
Warning
Risk of damage to batteries and tank. Plea-
se install the batteries in the arrangement
shown below. Connect the joining cable and
connection cable to the batteries in the way
shown. Take care to connect the correct po-
les. Tightly clamp the battery pole fuse in
the arrangement shown below. Route the
cables in the displayed pattern.
Place the batteries pointing towards the
cleaning head close to each other in the
intake and tighten the screws of the fa-
stening bracket behind the batteries. En-
sure that no hoses or cables are
jammed.
Lubricate the battery pole with pole grea-
se.
Connect pole using the enclosed con-
necting cable.
