Click the [OK] button.
The presentation material selected in Step 4 is displayed in the Full-Main
window.
Notes
• You can only retrieve presentation material created by this software.
• If you create another piece of presentation material using presentation material
saved in the Memory Stick, select [NEW] from the Title Area box before you
retrieve a piece of presentation material using the procedure described on the
previous page.
If you retrieve new presentation material when the previous presentation
material remains in the Full-Main window, the old presentation material is
overwritten with the new material.
To close the Load window
Click the [Cancel] button.

Deleting Presentation Material

You can delete unwanted presentation material in the Memory Stick.
Delete presentation material as follows:

Click the [Switch Main Window] button, then display the Full-Main
window.

Click the [Delete] button.
The Drive window appears. Select the Memory Stick drive to which you
save presentation materials.

Click the [OK] button.
The Delete window appears.

Select the title of the presentation material that you want to delete in the
Select The Title area by clicking on the name of the material you want to
delete.
The title of the selected material is focused on.
