Projector Station for
Presentation Features
The Projector Station for Presentation is
software that enables you to easily make
presentation materials. Using the materials
created with this software, you can make
effective presentations without using a
computer.
This manual describes the Projector Station
for Presentation.
The Projector Station for Presentation is
referred to simply as the Projector Station
in this manual.
Note
If you use a projector which does not have
a Memory Stick slot, the Projector Station
for Presentation does not display on your
computer.
Easy operation
You can easily create material for a
presentation by simply dragging and
dropping a file and clicking a button.
Using the Memory Stick
You can transfer data from your computer
to a Memory Stick in the projector.
The projector will carry out your
presentation on its own, using a Memory
Stick which contains presentation
materials.
A computer does not need to make a
presentation.
Converting image files
You can convert files created with
PowerPoint or JPEG, BMP, TIFF, PNG and
PSD (PhotoShop 3.0 file format) image
files into a JPEG file with XGA resolution,
which offers the most advantages for
projection on the projector. You can display
the converted files as thumbnails on the
projector.
Setting up a slide show
You can set up a basic-level slide show as a
presentation using this software.

Setting Autorun
You can set the autorun function for the file
you want by using this software.
When you insert a Memory Stick which
has a presentation file that is set for autorun
into the Projector's Memory Stick slot, the
projector will automatically start your
presentation. (This function is activates
when the Autorun function of the Projector
is ON.)

System requirements

The system requirements for this software
are as follows:
OS: Microsoft Windows 98/ 98SE/ 2000/
Me
To convert Microsoft PowerPoint files
using the software, you need PowerPoint
installed on your computer. This software
can convert files from the following
versions of PowerPoint:
Microsoft PowerPoint 97/ 2000
You can convert following images file
formats with this software:
JPEG
TIFF
BMP
PNG
PSD
Note
Basically, you can use any of the above file
formats. However, you cannot use some
formats depending on their format types.
