To remove the Quik-Lok
cord nut 1/4 turn to the left and pull it out.
2.
To replace the Quik-Lok
the connector keyways and push the
connector in as far as it will go. Turn the
cord nut 1/4 turn to the right to lock.

To insert bits, open the chuck jaws wide
enough to allow the bit to strike the

shank of the bit and the chuck jaws are
clean. Dirt particles may cause the bit
to line up improperly.

Center bit in chuck jaws and lift approxi-
mately 1,5 mm off bottom. Tighten the
jaws by hand to align the bit before
tightening with the chuck key.
Never use a wrench or means other
than a chuck key to tighten or loosen the
chuck. Do not use bits which are larger
than the rated capacity of the drill or
gear damage, motor overload or loss of
control may result. For maximum drill-
ing performance, be sure that the bits
are properly seated.
Trigger Speed Control Switch
MILWAUKEE Drills listed above are equipped
with a trigger speed control switch. It may be
operated at any speed from 0 RPM to full
speed. To vary the speed, grasp handles
firmly and pull the trigger to desired speed.
The further the trigger is pulled, the greater
the speed. To stop the tool, release the
trigger and allow the tool to come to a com-
plete stop.
