Remove the screws holding the pulley
(2). Lock the blade with a wooden block
or hold the belt pulley in place, with an oil
filter wrench, for example.
Do not lose the key that sits between the
pulley and the shaft. Remove the pulley.
A puller may be required for this.
4.
Loosen the four screws that hold the
blade bearing and remove the entire
bearing assembly from the cutting unit.
5.
Place the bearing housing in a vice and
remove the blade and washers.
6.
Remove the protective washer. Do not
lose the wedge.
