Some foods are started

the temperature
(PROBE TEMP) cycle.
You can set PROBE TEMP to follow
COOK to

the need to reset the oven halfway

Changing

the Temperature
Probe
1. Remove

oven using hot pads.
2. Wipe probe
with a hot sudsy cloth. Use a plastic
scouring
pad to remove
cooked-on
foods.
3. Probe may be placed
in the silverware
basket of the dishwasher.
